LyfeBytes LLC is an Indiana-based for-profit creative and technology studio specializing in AI-powered tools, digital storytelling, and experimental software. We develop proprietary systems—including but not limited to Solace, LyfeSaver, AfterByte, Angels & Demons, Babylon: The Apocalyptic Saint, and other LyfeBytes projects.

Some tools may be shared or collaborated on with The Bytes of Lyfe Foundation, an independent nonprofit entity, but LyfeBytes LLC remains the sole owner of all intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content produced by LyfeBytes LLC—including text, images, graphics, branding, logos, names, prompts, models, software code, audio, video, and digital assets—is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content

  • Reverse-engineer our software

  • Train AI models on our content without express written permission

  • Sell or commercially exploit any LyfeBytes IP

Limited, non-commercial sharing (ex: posting a teaser image or link) is permitted if you credit LyfeBytes LLC and do not alter the material.

Use of AI Services

  • Many LyfeBytes products utilize artificial intelligence and generative models, including both proprietary systems and third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Venice AI, or other vendors). By using these Services, you acknowledge:

    • AI outputs may be imperfect, unpredictable, or incorrect

    • AI-generated content is not medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice

    • Responses may vary based on model updates or changes

    • You are responsible for how you use or interpret AI-generated content

    LyfeBytes LLC does not guarantee accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI outputs.

     

  • 3.1 Sensitive Content & Limitations

    Some LyfeBytes projects—such as Angels & Demons, Babylon: The Apocalyptic Saint, and other narrative or entertainment systems—may include themes of conflict, temptation, morality, dark psychology, or fictionalized spiritual concepts.

    These projects are for entertainment, storytelling, or creative exploration only.

    They are not psychological counseling, spiritual guidance, crisis support, or therapeutic instruction.

     

  • 3.2 Data Usage

    LyfeBytes does not sell user data.
    Personal information collected through contact forms or mailing lists is used solely for communication, updates, or service functionality.

LyfeBytes LLC may collect basic information such as:

We do not collect:

LyfeBytes does not sell or trade user information.

While some LyfeBytes products relate to emotional wellness, journaling, or personal growth, LyfeBytes LLC is not a healthcare provider.

Our tools:
